Tyrrell County's Relay for Life Event is this Weekend! |

Mark your calendars for June 4th & 5th for Relay For Life of Tyrrell County.
This year's event will be held at the Eastern 4-H Center. Come on out and join in Columbia's largest Birthday Celebration!
The event will begin at 6:00 pm on Friday night with an opening ceremony and the first lap will be dedicated to all Survivors. Relay Teams will be selling food and drinks throughout the event, as well as hosting games, glamour shots, foot spa treatments, raffles and lots more.
This year's Relay Theme is Celebrating More Birthdays! The Slumber Party Animals will auction your favorite cakes immediately after the event begins. Come, bid and buy your favorite.
Luminaria Ceremony will start at 9:00 pm to remember and honor those that have been personally touched by cancer.
Come and Dance the night away as the Survivor's Team host "Dancing For Dollars". Dance to your favorite shag, line dance, even the jitterbug! Dancing starts immediately after the Luminaria Ceremony (around 10 pm). Show your support as we fight cancer one step at a time.
This event Is for EVERYONE in the community because we’ve all been touched by this disease. Bring your walking shoes or a chair and join in the festivities!
Together we can continue to celebrate a world with more birthdays!
